First on Gear was founded in 2019 by founder and (CFO) Chris Earley a retired Firefighter Paramedic. The company was created to help distribute durable and quality safety equipment to First Responders. In 2019, First on Gear launched 39 products on Amazon Prime, it's also the same year a joined partnership with Fire Ninja Superior Safety Equipment was created. First on Gear is the only distributing company who has exclusive rights to sell Fire Ninja products on Amazon Prime.
